DERRICK FOX
FOUNDER & NFLPA CERTIFIED CONTRACT ADVISOR
Derrick has managed both professional and world-class amateur athletes that have participated in Super Bowls, Pro Bowls, and Olympics. His career proficiency includes 30 years of dedication and commitment to his clients. In 1989, he entered the athlete management industry by working with Ernie Wright, a 13-year NFL Veteran and All-Pro offensive tackle. Ernie was a pioneer agent after his retirement from the NFL.
Derrick's extensive experience includes managing over 150 athletes as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, negotiating contracts, and working with NFL General Managers, Player Personnel Directors, University Athletic Directors, Sponsors, and Promoters.
Derrick earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Business from Boise State University, where he was a member of the Bronco Wrestling Team.
MARK BLOOM
NFLPA CERTIFIED CONTRACT ADVISOR
Mark has managed professional athletes for over 15 years, including Super Bowl champions. During and following Law School, Mark worked at International Management Group (now CAA Sports) and Synergy Sports Management, where he assisted in the management of numerous NFL players and helped negotiate First-Round NFL contracts and multiple veteran free agent contracts.
Mark is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor. He is also a member of the State Bar Association of California since the age of 23. He served as a professor of Sports Law at the University of New Orleans and Loyola University School of Law. Mark frequently lectures at Universities and legal panels in Southern California.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in three years from the University of Texas - Austin. He graduated with honors and earned his law degree in two years from California Western School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.
EMILY STAKER
NFLPA CERTIFIED CONTRACT ADVISOR & DIRECTOR OF NIL OPERATIONS
Emily has several years of experience working with athletes to generate value on and off the field. Emily has negotiated over 7-figures in sponsorship contracts through her work and believes in conscious and intentional brand partnerships.
Prior to becoming an agent, Emily worked with the NFL to develop curriculums for rookie mini-camps throughout the League. Preparing young men to be NFL-ready mentally, emotionally, and physically is her area of expertise.
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University in Political Science and graduated with Honors. She received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is an attorney and member of the Washington State Bar.
KENNY KIM
CFLPA CERTIFIED CONTRACT ADVISOR
Kenny is a CFLPA-certified contract advisor and brings a vast background and expertise in talent and character evaluation at the college and professional level. This has given him an extensive and intimate knowledge of sports-related issues and a strong understanding of the various professional leagues. He currently represents some of the top talent in the CFL.
Having managed and marketed professional athletes for over 20 years, he began his career in sports marketing by managing appearances and signings for numerous high-profile athletes and is involved in the management and marketing of the day-to-day affairs of his clients. His valuable contacts allow him an array of resources to meet his client's needs.
Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida.
